For my last outfit this summer I have included some of the key pieces in my closet. I went for a minimalistic look with a business chic touch. You can be vegan and wear sustainable fashion even at the office!
Classic with a twist
I do like the idea and functionality of those really classic items. However, I prefer to find clothes with that little detail that makes them stand out – I call it classic with a twist. These organic cotton pants are just that. A timeless striped pattern and design, but with an eye catching detail. It´s discrete enough to offer a versatile range of looks, but still keeps my need for a twist satisfied.
Using plastic is something we need to do less of, especially in clothes since they release microplastics when washed. However, plastic that´s recycled and reused is less bad – and can look fantastic! This light blue top is soft and the fabric has a rough, silky feel. I am just in love with the color!
Studs and vegan leather
No need to kill animals to have good looking, leather-like accessories! These shoes are made from plant leather, and the clutch has recycled plastic bottles in it. I am also totally digging the studs on the flats, it´such a nice detail.
V for vegan
I have been thinking about investing in a statement jewelry piece, and when I cut my hair shorter I also wanted to use more big earrings to create a more feminine, edgy look. These earrings are custom made with all this in mind. Can you spot the V?
